This 19th century painted porcelain plaque depicts a lovely maiden in classical Roman setting, and is signed L. Malpass.  Frame measures approximately 24" tall.  Malpass is a listed artist said to have worked in the atelier of Paul Blot of 3 rue de la Paix in Paris.
